I spent my formative professional years as a secondary teacher, close enough to see what learning actually looks like and what it costs when a program misses. Seventeen years in philosophy, pedagogy, measurement, and evaluation haven't changed that vantage point. Boardroom or mountain bike trail, the same values show up.
